Thank you for the updates -- I know it's not easy, especially since Lily's physically attached to you during most of your waking hours! But you need to know just how much smiling and excitement a new Lanie/Lily post brings me (especially on a bleak, boring work-a-day Monday). I can just escape from the latest catering order mega-disaster and think about what it would be like to have Lily's cozy life. :-) I think that picture of her examining your ring is the most hilarious/adorable thing -- it reminded me of when I used to play with my mom's rings in the bathtub (why she let me do that, I don't know. The sound of the metal clinking underwater against the plastic of our awesome '80s tub surround is playing in my head right now. Sorry to be such a weirdo. Haha. I miss you, and definitely plan to come see you on my day off next week. We have much to talk about, Ms. Evening Classes!
